Credit/debit card payments will incur a convenience fee of 3.5% of the payment amount. 

PLEASE ADD THAT AMOUNT TO YOUR PAYMENT.  

For example: If the amount due is $500.00, please add $17.50 to the total amount submitted, i.e. $517.50.

If the amount is not added to the payment submitted, it will be applied to traveler's trip or tour/program fee balance. 

In order to process your payment, you will need to provide the cardholder's information, including billing address, and the card details. Should your name not be on the card being used to make payment, by adding their card information you acknowledge you have the card holder’s permission to use their card to apply payment on a MAVtravel tour/program registration or other travel arrangement made by MAVtravel.

By selecting to use this PalPal link for your trip/tour payment, you authorize and acknowledge the charges will be posted to your credit or debit card for trip/tour payments by MAVtravel LLC. You acknowledge that any cancellation fees, penalties or minimum requirements as noted in the MAVtravel LLC Terms & Conditions pages on this website may also be charged to your credit or debit card.
